Our recruiters take great care to match qualified candidates to each position. This process can take several weeks depending on the volume of applicants. We ask that you remain patient during this time.
Remember to regularly check your email and your profile on our site for the status of your application. Candidates that do not meet the required qualifications will be notified via email.
Once a candidate meets all of the qualifications, they will be interviewed by phone, in-person, or both. There may be multiple interviews with recruiters or hiring managers. Below are some helpful tips and tricks for a successful interview.
If you are not selected for an interview, we encourage you to continue searching open positions and applying for those that match your skill set.
Offer and Welcome
After the interview process, a hiring decision will be made. All employment offers are contingent on a background check, drug screening, and/or obtaining a gaming license.
Once you accept a position, a confirmation of the offer will be emailed to you, including instructions and information about the background check and screening process.
Research successful interviewing techniques and common questions. Think through your responses and practice your answers out loud.

Here are some general pointers you probably already know, but just in case:
Be punctual. It’s a fundamental sign of respect.
Ask questions. Interviews are a dialogue. We enjoy being asked questions that show genuine interest in our business.
Be buttoned up. Dress neatly and bring extra resumes, a pen and notepad.
And finally, send (or email) a thank-you note. Express your interest in the position and your appreciation to the hiring team for their time.
